"In November of '05, I was pulled over by the Washington State Patrol
for driving with my headlamps off. Next thing I know, I was being arrested for a DUI. I had shared a couple of beers
with a friend of mine a couple of hours prior. The breath test indicated that I had blown a .078, which is below the
legal limit.
Immediately I called for the assistance of Ted DeBray. Having no problem with the law prior to this incident I had no
idea of what to do and Mr. DeBray was able to help me through the whole process of the court system. By the end of the
whole ordeal I did not receive a DUI. Mr. DeBray was able to enlighten the court system of the errors in my arrest.

"supposed" to be enforced. He was able to find that the arresting officer did not follow these regulations and I was
released with a simple traffic ticket. Needless to say, the money I spent hiring Mr. DeBray was well spent. He saved me
thousands of dollars not to mention the headache.
